"Secure Blink", "we", "us", or "our" means Secure Blink Tech Private Limited (India) and Secure Blink Inc. (USA), collectively operating as the "Secure Blink Group". The applicable entity responsible for cookies on the Platform is determined by your location as set out in the Contracting Entity table within Secure Blink's Master Subscription Agreement or Subscription Agreement.
This Policy should be read alongside Secure Blink's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described herein, subject to any choices you make through our Cookie Consent Manager. Residents of California (USA) and the European Union / EEA have additional rights described in Sections 9 and 10 of this Policy.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. In addition to cookies, we may also use:
- Web Beacons / Pixel Tags — Transparent images embedded in web pages or emails to track visits or email opens.
- Local Storage Objects — Browser-based storage to retain preferences or session data.
- Session Replay Scripts — Tools that record anonymized user interactions to identify usability issues.
- SDKs and Analytics Libraries — Client-side libraries that collect usage data for product analytics.
References to "cookies" throughout this Policy include all of the above technologies unless stated otherwise.

Essential for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled without materially affecting performance and security.

4. Cookies Within ThreatSpy and ThreatTrace Product Environments
Secure Blink does not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data, including passwords, financial information, or health data. Cookies used within the ThreatSpy and ThreatTrace product environments are limited to session management, security enforcement, and feature functionality, and are governed by the Privacy Policy and Master Subscription Agreement. ThreatSpy and ThreatTrace are proprietary products of Secure Blink and are not third-party services.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. Secure Blink does not control third-party cookies. Relevant third-party policies:

8. Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals. Secure Blink does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals but will revisit this position as standards evolve.
9. California Residents — CCPA / CPRA Rights (US Entity)
This section applies to California residents interacting with the Platform through Secure Blink Inc. (USA).
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
- Delete personal information collected about them (subject to certain exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.

Secure Blink does not sell personal information to third parties. Advertising cookies (Section 3.4) may constitute "sharing" under CPRA for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes; the opt-out link above covers this.
10. European Union / EEA Residents — GDPR Rights
This section applies to residents of the EU, EEA, and UK interacting with the Platform.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access personal data held about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal grounds.
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Data portability for data provided by you.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

11. Indian Residents — DPDP Act 2023
This section applies to residents of India interacting with the Platform through Secure Blink Tech Private Limited.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), Secure Blink Tech Private Limited acts as a Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through cookies on the Platform.
