With a solid product foundation and growing traction across India and international markets, We are now seeking a Head of Sales to lead our revenue growth journey. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and results. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our GTM strategy, close key enterprise deals, and build a high-performing sales organization from scratch.
1. Revenue Leadership
- Drive top-line growth across India, APAC, and emerging global markets.
- Build and execute quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
2. Business Development
- Identify, engage, and win enterprise clients across BFSI, IT, Healthcare, SaaS, and Manufacturing.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Represent Secure Blink at industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums.
3. Sales Process & Pipeline Management
- Establish a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Maintain clean, actionable CRM data to enable transparent reporting.
- Implement a disciplined cadence of prospecting, follow-ups, and closure metrics.
4. Strategy & GTM Execution
- Collaborate with the founders on pricing, positioning, and pitch refinement.
- Create scalable sales playbooks and optimize outreach through multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, partners, and events).
- Partner with marketing to drive demand generation and inbound conversion.
5. Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Provide feedback loops to product and marketing teams to refine positioning and roadmap priorities.
